Girls Youth and Middle School Director

 Gerald Dwyer

Coach Dwyer

Gerald Dwyer is the director of the Loveland Girls Youth & Middle School lacrosse program. He is originally from Oak Park, Il, and has been an active Loveland resident in athletics and school activities for 10 years. He was an assistant coach for his son's first grade soccer team. Beginning with coaching the 2nd-6th grade boys' lacrosse, Dwyer then in addition accepted a position on the LLC board, and this eventually led to his current position as Girls Youth Director. Switching over to focus on the girls’ program has been a natural progression for Dwyer as he has a daughter who has also fallen in love with the sport. Coach Dwyer has experience coaching regular season lacrosse as well as summer and winter box lacrosse. The first ever summer box lacrosse program for girls was one of Coach Dwyer's special projects in the summer of 2012, and it was very well attended. He is looking forward to growing the girls’ youth lax program in Loveland and continuing Loveland's tradition of team spirit and team work.
